

I love the fact that I can do most of the chair exercises at my desk.

The pictures are spot on and the description/instructions for the exercise are very clear and well written. I broke my ankle a few years back and have since not felt comfortable balancing one foot and such. So I can do the exercises now, while I'm recovering, at my desk, while working, and in a chair, when I'm 90! That's getting your money's worth!.
